To ensure we can fulfill your order with the highest quality and attention to detail, all orders must be placed a minimum of two weeks in advance. Every order goes through a detailed confirmation process to finalize all design, flavor, and pickup/delivery details. We do accept last-minute inquiries, however, we cannot guarantee our availability or our ability to accommodate special requests for specific designs or flavors. Once all order details are confirmed, full payment is required to officially book and secure your spot on our production calendar. Please note that all payments for confirmed orders are non-refundable. We understand that plans may change and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for changes to the order date or details, provided we receive sufficient notice (at least one week prior) and our schedule allows.

Responsibility for the order transfers entirely to the customer once the item is delivered or picked up. Before leaving with your order, please inspect it carefully to ensure everything is to your complete satisfaction. We cannot guarantee responsibility for requests to fix or replace items if damage occurs after they have been taken into your possession.
